If you are in San Francisco and are looking for in person outdoor training with all the equipment options of a gym your prayers have been answered. I meet clients at parks and outdoor spaces in the area with a full assortment of equipment right out of my SUV. I can address just about any of your equipment needs as well as any commercial gym. As an added bonus you get to train outdoors in the fresh air with the sun shining, getting some natural vitamin D. You also have the added benefit of space! ONLINE TRAINING

If your not in the area but are looking for some online guidance I offer services to fit your needs as well. Weather you want an entire program or just need assistance on nailing down movements correctly, we can easily make that happen. I can watch your movements through video and give verbal cues to coach posture and technique. Weather your a sports team in need of a strength coach for your athletes or a small group of friends looking to get fit together now that gyms are closed, I can facilitate your group fitness needs as well. I've coached youth soccer and hockey in the past and find that many people thrive in a group setting, feeding off each others energy. Professional Cyclist
BICYCLE FITTING

 

Cycling is a great way to build a strong endurance base and having the proper fit to your bike can make a big difference in your comfort and performance. Using a plumb line and measuring tape to properly adjust your seat, post and handle bar positions can help prevent your hands going numb, saddle sores, or back pain.
